Step 1
Have a quick phone call with us to go over the needs of your business and the preferences you have for your new space.
Step 2
We share a Google Sheets document with you to collaborate on the search process. Complete transparency is used with the process, and you get to watch in real time as we narrow down your perfect space.
Step 3
Using our local knowledge of both the tenant and landlord positions we help you negotiate a letter of intent (LOI). This document serves as the agreed upon business terms of the deal.
Step 4
Once the LOI is agreed upon we move to the lease negotiations. We help guide you through the whole process.
Step 5
Once the lease is signed, congratulations on your new space! We continue to add value by connecting you with professionals in the industry such as General Contracts, Lawyers, etc!
