Robert Mannheimer – Chief Executive Officer
Robert was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Blackman Plumbing Supplies, a wholesale distributor of plumbing heating and cooling supplies. Blackman Plumbing had over 500 employees across 25 company owned and managed distribution centers and showrooms. During his 28 year tenure the company purchased a 225,000 SF manufacturing facility and turned it into a state of the art distribution center. He has also overseen the design and build of multiple retail plumbing showrooms throughout the New York tri-state area as well as one in West Palm Beach. In addition to company used properties, Blackman Plumbing’s real estate group managed 10 plus adjacent properties leased to third parties.
Kyle Mannheimer – Chief Financial Officer
Kyle has overseen the financial operations and management of the portfolio since 2019. With a deep understanding of real estate transactions and financial expertise he has successfully directed over $150 million of real estate transactions at BPS Partners. Prior to joining BPS Partners Kyle worked in New York City for five years in KPMG’s Deal Advisory Group and Real Estate Audit Group. While at KPMG he led buy-side and sell-side due diligence teams advising on over $3.2 billion acquisitions for private equity and corporate clients. He also audited large real estate asset management and development companies assessing their financial performance and accounting practices. Kyle is a Certified Public Accountant and studied accounting at Loyola University Maryland. He also holds a Master’s in Business Administration in Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions from the University of Miami, as well as a Master’s in Real Estate Development from New York University.
Alex Mannheimer – Chief Operating Officer & Leasing
Alex joined the team in 2023 and has been overseeing operations and leasing for the portfolio. Before that Alex worked on the iPhone team at Apple as a Robotics Engineer. Lessons from Alex’s 8+ years in the Advanced Manufacturing & Robotics industry has been invaluable for the ongoing operations and project management efforts at BPS Partners FL. Experiences such as building iPhone factories in India and Apple’s first 1M sqft “Super Hub” near Indianapolis gives Alex a unique perspective in the industry. Alex graduated from University of Miami with Industrial & Mechanical Engineering degrees and holds a Masters in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
